Thank you for partnering with guides.vote to distribute our nonpartisan candidate guides.
guides.vote covers the cost of printing our nonpartisan candidate guides as one-page sheets to hand out in tabling or canvassing, or as 2′ X 3′ banners that you can display in high-traffic locations. You can display the banners on a campus or a community location, like a YMCA or library. You can hang them on walls, put them on bulletin boards, or hang them from posts in front of an entrance.
Review the list of guides available on our guides page Then complete the request form below to apply for free printing.
The number of these orders we can fulfill will depend on our funding, and we’ll let you know if your request has been approved as soon as possible. This offer is restricted to nonpartisan institutions such as campuses, public agencies, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
Assuming funding comes through, we can supply free banners to schools or community institutions in any state. We will supply one banner for up to 5,000 campus enrollment or estimated community traffic. And we can supply more banners, at one per each additional 5,000 enrollment or traffic.
For printed guides, you’ll need a concrete distribution plan for 500 or more guides (our minimum order). In 2025 we’ll be doing guides, in English and Spanish, for the April Wisconsin Supreme Court election, and for November elections for Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Virginia Governor Lt Governor and Attorney General, and New Jersey Governor. We may also do some guides for special elections.
Groups are also welcome to print as many copies as they want of any of our guides, so long as they are used in a nonpartisan way.
