2026 Pennsylvania (PA-10) US House Voters Guide

Ban. Voted against a bill prohibiting governmental restrictions on abortion access. Sponsored a bill to ban abortion at 20 weeks. Voted to prohibit use of federal funds for abortion. Supports “the defunding of Planned Parenthood.”

Legal. “Will fight for…a woman’s right to choose.” Supports restoring federal abortion protections that were in place under Roe v. Wade. “Women should make their own health care decisions with recommendations from their doctors.”

Mostly no. Voted to end Biden-era clean energy tax credits. Voted to repeal clean energy provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act. Voted against keeping the US in the Paris Climate Accords. Supports a “blended energy portfolio,” including natural gas, hydroelectric, and nuclear.

Yes. Supports renewable energy to “lower energy costs.” “We need an all-of-the-above energy policy,” including “wind and solar power.” On climate, says, “I believe the scientists.” Says flash flooding after climate change-caused torrential storms are “heartbreaking.”

Voted against developing police techniques for de-escalation and safely dealing with people who have mental health issues. Voted no on ending sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine. Voted no on requiring body cameras, limiting qualified immunity, and bans on racial profiling and no-knock warrants.  In 2020 said “the men and women ‘in Blue’” should “have the necessary support…to…serve our communities.”

Supports devoting money and resources for law enforcement officers to “do their job safely.” “As the daughter of a State Trooper, I will always support treating law enforcement with respect, but we need law enforcement to uphold the Constitution.” “All federal law enforcement including ICE should wear uniforms with badges and should not wear masks.”

Tighten. “Congress should act to protect clean air and safe drinking water.” Supports protecting firefighters from “the danger of PFAS chemicals.” Opposes cuts to the Energy Star Program, which promotes more efficient home appliances.

Loosen. Sponsored a bill to establish concealed carry across state lines. Voted against increasing time available for background checks. In 2017, introduced bill to keep the US president from creating regulations on gun owners without Congressional approval. The “bill stops the limitation of Second Amendment” rights.

Voted against extending temporary protected status for Haitian migrants. Voted to increase ICE funding by $75 billion. Voted to limit asylum and build 900 miles of border wall. Limit. Voted against federal recognition of same-sex marriages. Opposes transgender girls and women in female sports. Opposes transgender surgeries for minors. Opposed USAID funding for LGBTQ initiatives in other countries.

Likely expand. “Everyone deserves to love who they love and build a life without discrimination.” Says “doctors and families and sports associations” need to be involved in decisions about transgender kids in sports.

Likely no. In 2019, voted no on raising federal minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2025. “When we raise the minimum wage, the people at the lower end of the economic spectrum are the ones we hurt the most. Employers don’t hire them.”

Lower. In 2017 voted for the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, with the largest one-time cut in the corporate tax rate and large tax breaks for the wealthy. Voted in 2025 for a bill that extended those tax cuts. Voted against raising corporate taxes.

Raise. Opposes “billionaire tax breaks.” Would support legislation that increases taxes on the wealthiest individuals and largest corporations so that they “pay their fair share.”

Harder. Voted for and supports the SAVE Act, which would require anyone registering in a federal election to show proof of citizenship. Voted against a bill expanding voter registration and voting access.
